Supreme Court Rules in Reverse Discrimination Case, Ames v. Ohio Dept. of Youth Services
On June 5, 2025, the United States Supreme Court made a significant ruling when they unanimously ruled against the Sixth Circuit, invalidating the “background circumstances” requirement for Title VII claims brought by majority-group plaintiffs.
