Darwin S. Williams is a senior associate with Jardine, Logan & O’Brien, P.L.L.P. Mr. Williams focuses his practice primarily on civil litigation, assisting clients in the areas of products liability, construction, personal injury, and general liability/negligence issues.
Prior to joining Jardine, Logan & O’Brien, P.L.L.P., Mr. Williams gained valuable experience as a law clerk to Judge Natalie E. Hudson of the Minnesota Court of Appeals. He was also an ombudsman investigator, enforcing crime victim rights with the Minnesota Office of Justice Programs. During law school, Mr. Williams was a law clerk in the Office of the Hennepin County Attorney. He worked in three divisions: administration, civil, and child protection. As a member of the civil division, Mr. Williams gained experience in employment law and general civil litigation defense.
Before attending law school Mr. Williams had a career with the Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office.
Mr. Williams served as the 2007-08 Chair of the Minnesota State Bar Association Professionalism Committee. He is the 2009 president of the University of St. Thomas Law Alumni Advisory Board.
