Susan S. Tice is a senior associate with Jardine, Logan & O’Brien, P.L.L.P. Ms. Tice’s practice focuses on civil litigation, with particular emphasis on government liability/civil rights, general liability/negligence/insurance issues and food borne illness torts.
Within her areas of practice, Ms. Tice has success in representing goverment clients in the specific areas of land use, public construction disputes, and water resources law. Ms. Tice has assisted in representing clients through all stages of the civil litigation process.
Prior to joining Jardine, Logan & O’Brien, P.L.L.P., Ms. Tice gained valuable practice experience in the public arena. Specifically, she practiced law for over twelve years in the Washington County Attorney’s Office, and was the elected County Attorney for Houston County, Minnesota from 1983-1987, both of which provided an invaluable foundation for her current practice in government liabiltiy and civil rights.
