Pat Skoglund is a partner with Jardine, Logan & O’Brien, P.L.L.P. Ms. Skoglund’s civil litigation practice includes personal injury, employment and health law defense. In 2005, Ms. Skoglund was named as one of Minnesota’s leading health law attorneys by Minnesota Physician.
Currently, Ms. Skoglund’s health law practice includes professional negligence/liability, medical and drug products, sexual abuse matters, licensing and discipline and long term care representation. Ms. Skoglund also devotes a significant portion of her practice to the various areas of employment law, including representation before administrative agencies, cities, state and federal entities, as well as general employment defense.
Prior to her legal career, Ms. Skoglund was a staff nurse for ten years, which allows her to provide her clients invaluable healthcare and medical malpractice knowledge and information during the representation. Ms. Skoglund is also an adjunct faculty member at Hamline University School of Law and frequently presents at Continuing Legal Education Seminars.
