Pierre N. Regnier is a partner with Jardine, Logan & O’Brien, P.L.L.P. Mr. Regnier’s practice focuses on trial litigation, including preliminary review and evaluation, all aspects of discovery, the drafting of legal memoranda, motion practice, trial, post trial, and appeals. Mr. Regnier’s primary area of expertise is in government liability with a focus on recreational law, police officer liability, public works, planning and zoning, and inverse condemnation. Mr. Regnier also devotes part of his practice to medical malpractice, general liability, premises liability, and defamation litigation.

The success of Mr. Regnier’s legal practice is reflected by his designation as one of Minnesota’s Super Lawyers by Minnesota Journal of Law & Politics.

Prior to his thirty plus years with Jardine, Logan & O’Brien, P.L.L.P., Mr. Regnier served as a city attorney for the City of St. Paul from 1975-1976.
