Gerald M. Linnihan is a partner with Jardine, Logan & O’Brien, P.L.L.P. Mr. Linnihan’s practice focuses on all aspects of the insurance defense field. Specifically, Mr. Linnihan has extensive experience in defending personal injury and property damage matters with an emphasis on workers’ compensation, products liability, general liability/negligence, toxic chemicals, construction litigation and insurance coverage.
Mr. Linnihan’s exceptional representation of his clients has earned him the designation as one of Minnesota’s Super Lawyers by the Minnesota Journal of Law & Politics. In addition to his extensive litigation practice, Mr. Linnihan is a qualified Alternative Dispute Resolution mediator and arbitrator, with extensive experience in workers’ compensation meditations and arbitrations.
Prior to his thirty-plus years of legal practice with Jardine, Logan & O’Brien, P.L.L.P., Mr. Linnihan was a Casualty Claims Supervisor with CNA Insurance Companies.
