George W. Kuehner is a partner with Jardine, Logan & O’Brien, P.L.L.P. Mr. Kuehner’s twenty-five years of legal practice has been focused on civil litigation and workers’ compensation disputes.
In particular, Mr. Kuehner provides assistance and counseling to insurance companies, their insureds, self-insureds and self-insurance associations in avoiding, controlling, litigating and settling workers’ compensation claims. Mr. Kuehner’s practice also involves the defense of automobile, no-fault, dram shop, general liability/negligence, and other tort litigation.
Besides successfully representing clients, Mr. Kuehner devotes substantial time and energy to speaking to various groups and trade organizations on a variety of workers’ compensation topics and related issues.
